This project involves the re-facading of a single-family house, developed in response to the client’s desire to bring the architecture of their home into a contemporary aesthetic, with a palette of colors and materials that will remain timeless over the years. The overall volume of the house has remained unchanged, but through the treatment of the façades with different claddings, the accentuation of the canopies, and the refinement of several deficient connection details, the dwelling has gained an entirely new appearance.
