Designed to become a landmark along the architectural line bordering the banks of the Someș River, this building houses a restaurant on the ground floor, combined on the upper floors with the function of a hotel. The vertical accent meant to mark the intersection where the building is located is given by the covered terrace on the top level, which can be used as a serving area for the restaurant below, but also serves as a viewpoint offering a beautiful perspective over the river and its surroundings. The slab covering this terrace is clad on the underside with a mirror, reflecting the green surroundings and the banks of the Someș, becoming a decorative accent alongside the lighting fixtures placed at this level, which create an interesting effect during the night as well.
