The presented building is located in Cluj-Napoca and functions as an aparthotel. Its design is based on a simple volumetry, composed of rectangular planes with contrasting finishes. The exterior envelope is predominantly clad in ceramic brick, alternated with plastered areas. The brick adds texture and vibrancy to the façade, while the contrasting window openings, arranged irregularly, give the building a distinctive and dynamic character.
