\u00cenc\u0103 din 1952, a \u00eenceput sa se promoveze ideea c\u0103 biroul ar trebui sa fie ca o \u201ccamera de zi unde munca se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 relaxat, f\u0103r\u0103 stres \u0219i distrageri\u201d, idee lansat\u0103 de c\u0103tre arhitectul \u0219i designerul George Nelson. \u00centr-un spa\u021biu de birouri existent conceput dup\u0103 regulile trasate \u00eenainte de pandemia de Covid-19, un spa\u021biu rigid \u0219i nespectaculos, propunem o solu\u021bie bazat\u0103 pe un design flexibil, care permite organizarea spa\u021biului de lucru \u00een func\u021bie de nevoile \u0219i preferin\u021bele individuale sau de grup. Conceptul propus este \u201cClub Office\u201d - o combina\u021bie de spa\u021bii unice \u0219i func\u021bionale care sus\u021bin mai multe tipuri de activit\u0103\u021bi, ca r\u0103spuns la \u201cnoul normal\u201d al spa\u021biilor de lucru. Este o abordare revolu\u021bionar\u0103 a designului de birou, care se adapteaz\u0103 la schimb\u0103rile rapide \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te munca \u0219i \u00eencurajeaz\u0103 o abordare mult mai orientata spre oameni in ceea ce prive\u0219te organizarea \u0219i amenajarea spa\u021biilor de lucru. Aceasta vine ca un r\u0103spuns la cerin\u021bele unei for\u021be de munc\u0103 moderne \u0219i diversificate, care caut\u0103 nu doar un birou tradi\u021bional, ci un mediu care sa sus\u021bin\u0103 creativitatea si productivitatea participan\u021bilor.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t
