The\u00a0proposal aims to transform a single-family residence into a mixed-use building, serving as both a showroom and office space for Dacca Group Trade \u2013 Brands Furniture. The goal was for the new, better structure and to improve the existing image along the street. The building was designed to accommodate all the necessary functions for the efficient operation of the company’s specific activities. It aims to provide spaces that are in connection with the surrounding environment, while also being friendly and bright, achieved through durable, high-quality architecture. The new proposal aspires to be a source of inspiration, to be distinguished by coherence, good sense, minimalism, and attitude, attributes that the old building lacked.<\/p>\n

The new envelope of the building, significantly extended compared to the initial one, aims to improve the property’s proportions with a rhythmic, metallic texture, uniting old and new elements, and integrating existing windows with new ones. Through the rhythm of the facade, through the slats, there was flexibility in placing certain windows or perforations, to result in a well-proportioned and dynamic composition, offering an interior perspective on the showroom. It was also desired to expose each floor through the compositional registers of the facade and to emphasize the entrance within the building’s volume.<\/p>\n

Arhitectura \u0219i materialele folosite reflect\u0103 func\u021biunile interioare ale spa\u021biului: la primele dou\u0103 niveluri se afl\u0103 func\u021biuni destinate publicului specializat \u2013 showroom \u0219i working space, iar partea de etaj retras con\u021bine birourile individuale \u0219i private ale dezvoltatorilor, realiz\u00e2ndu-se astfel o compozi\u021bie bine propor\u021bional\u0103.<\/p>\n

Cl\u0103direa, prin natura func\u021biunii sale, dore\u0219te s\u0103 faciliteze dialogul \u00eentre arhitec\u021bi \u0219i designeri cu speciali\u0219tii Dacca Group Trade \u2013 Brands Furniture, av\u00e2nd c\u0103 scop generarea de noi proiecte emblematice pentru ambele p\u0103r\u021bi. S-a creat un spa\u021biu care inspir\u0103 \u0219i ofer\u0103 libertatea de a g\u00e2ndi design-uri remarcabile cu ajutorul produselor \u0219i serviciilor oferite de c\u0103tre gazd\u0103.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t
